Account and Data Deletion

1. From inside the app (fastest)

Open the Masalevi app, go to Settings → Delete my account (the red row), and confirm. Your account and all of your data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

2. By email (if you cannot access the app)

From the email address registered to your account, write to support@masalevi.app with "Delete my account". Once we have verified your identity through that registered address, we delete your account and all of your data within 30 days at the latest, and usually within a few days.

What is deleted

All of the following is permanently deleted:

• Account details (your email address)
• Child profiles (name, age, interests)
• Every story created and every audio recording
• Usage and quota records

Deletion cannot be undone, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

What is retained

For legal and accounting obligations, purchase and invoice records may be kept by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play). Those records are not under our control and do not contain your personal story content. Apart from that, we do not retain personal data belonging to your account.
