1. What the service is

Masalevi is an app that writes personalized bedtime stories for your child and narrates them aloud. Stories and narrations are generated automatically by artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide. We take care to keep the content suitable for children, but we cannot guarantee that automatically generated content will be flawless. We recommend using the stories together with your child, under parental supervision.

The stories are works of imagination. They are not pedagogical, psychological, or medical advice.

2. Your account

The person who opens the account must be over 18 and must be the child's parent or a responsible caregiver. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your account secure, including not sharing your password with anyone. The app is not directed at children; an adult manages the account.

3. Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation

• Payments are handled entirely through the App Store or Google Play. Your card details never reach us.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews at the same price. You can cancel at any time from your App Store account settings or the subscriptions section of Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Free trial: offered to first-time subscribers. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged; if you do not, the subscription fee is charged to your store account.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the store that processed the payment (Apple or Google), and refund requests are made through that store.
• Prices may change. Any price change affecting your existing subscription is communicated to you in advance by the store.

4. Usage limits

Generation has a real cost, so plans include daily and periodic limits (for example, a set number of stories and narrations per day). The limits exist for fair use, are shown clearly on the relevant screens in the app, and may be updated over time.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Using the system through automation (bots, scripts), attempting to circumvent limits, reverse engineering, and reselling the service are not permitted.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter for personalization (your child's name, your notes) is lawful.

6. Content and intellectual property

The app, brand, design, and software belong to Masalevi. You may use the stories and audio recordings generated for your child freely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and share them with your family. For commercial use of generated content, please write to us first.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to provide the service without interruptions or errors, but the service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masalevi's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Closing your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of a serious breach of these terms (for example, abuse or exploitation of the system).

9. Changes

If these terms change in a significant way, we will notify you at your registered email address and update the "Last updated" date on this page.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protections granted to you by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For questions: support@masalevi.app
